How the Payment Plan Works

Simple, predictable, and automatic, no chasing, no surprises:

• €200 is charged today to secure your place (this is your non-refundable deposit it's labelled as 30-day Trial).
• Your next payment comes out exactly one month later, on the same date, and then monthly until your balance is paid.
• Payments are collected automatically from the card you use today, through our secure Kajabi checkout. Nothing for you to remember.
• The plan total is identical to paying in full, no interest, no admin fee.

Please note: payment plans are available until 4 November 2026. After that date, your place can be secured by paying in full, so that all payments are complete before the retreat.

What Securing Your Place Means

We want you to book with complete clarity and total confidence. By making payment, you're agreeing to the following. None of this is fine print, it's simply how we hold space fairly for everyone.

• Your €200 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The moment you pay it, your place is reserved and held only for you, which means it's no longer offered to anyone else. It cannot be refunded or passed to another person or date under any circumstances.
• You can cancel up to one month before the retreat. If you need to cancel on or before 4 November 2026, you'll forfeit your €200 deposit, but any further instalments you've already paid will be refunded and any remaining scheduled payments stopped.
• From 4 November 2026, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable. Within the final month before the retreat, every sum paid, deposit and instalments, is non-refundable, whether or not you attend, and any outstanding balance on a payment plan remains due.
• You must be 18 or over to attend, in line with the venue's requirements.
• A separate venue waiver applies. Before arrival you'll be asked to complete The Deerstone's Wellness Activities & Facilities Liability Waiver and a short health declaration. Participation in all activities and use of facilities is at your own risk.
• Please disclose any medical conditions in advance so we can support you safely and you can take part fully.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. In the rare event that adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, affect the retreat, the venue may amend or reschedule, and refunds cannot be issued. Travel insurance protects you.
