This policy explains how Mind Your Hero Ltd, trading as That Manifestation Mama, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website, sign up to our emails or work with us. Mind Your Hero Ltd is a company registered in Ireland and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your name and email address.
- Your free Human Design chart: your name, email address and your date, time and place of birth.
- Bookings and sessions: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your answers to the intake form and anything you choose to share with us before, during or after a session. Payments are handled by our payment providers and we do not see or store your full card details.
- Applications and waitlists: the information you give us when you apply for 1:1 mentorship or the Unbound retreat, or join the Quantum Queendom waitlist.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, Instagram or the contact routes on this website.
- Website use: information collected by cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To send our weekly newsletter, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To create your Human Design chart and send related guides, with your consent.
- To deliver the sessions, programmes and retreats you book, because it is necessary for our contract with you.
- To answer your enquiries and applications, based on our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- To understand how the website is used, with your consent through our cookie banner.
- To keep financial and business records, to meet our legal obligations.
Sensitive information
Our sessions can touch on your emotional wellbeing and personal history. We only collect what you choose to share, we use it only to prepare for and deliver your session, and we rely on your explicit consent to do so. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the business, who process your data on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Kajabi, which hosts our website, emails and forms
- Acuity Scheduling, for bookings and intake forms
- Bodygraph, for the free Human Design chart
- Google, for analytics and application forms
- Zoom, for online sessions
- Telegram, for messaging with 1:1 clients
- Our payment providers, to take payments
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, your data is protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.
- Chart details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Client records, intake forms and session notes: while you are a client and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Financial records: six years, as required by Irish tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
